Greetings seekers, mystics, and healers! Welcome to my online school.

I am an e-RYT & YACEP Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Transformational Life Coach, and Psychic Tarot Reader, and I am so excited to offer the wisdom these paths have taught me and that have helped so many wonderful souls I have worked with.

Through this platform I offer all of the most popular and successful courses and programs that I have traditionally only offered in person. Even modalities I do not offer as a course or training here online, I still infuse the knowledge and energy of into their content and teaching.

In yoga, my background extends back to 2005 when I took my first yoga class in an effort to heal the various physical health issues I was suffering. I then went on to practice yoga for 4 years until I did my first Yoga Teacher Training in India, at a traditional yoga ashram. My style of teaching yoga is both from a more traditional Hatha yoga & Kundalini style that I studied in India, mixed with "flow" based styles of the American yoga I also studies. In order to help myself as well as the many students, friends and family who I have had the pleasure to teach, I also have extensively studied yoga therapeutics, yoga for ptsd & yoga for pain management and relief. In the course of my yoga career, I have been able to teach all types of bodies and people and a huge variety of styles. My professional practice has been varied as well, focusing equally on public classes, private sessions, yoga events, workshops, CEUS, and Teacher Trainings. As of 2023, I have been a Teacher Trainer for YTTs and CEU courses for over 8 years and am so excited to have my Embody Yoga 200 Hour Teacher Training Program on the Teachable platform , and hope to offer more of my yoga programs in the future.

In Tarot, my journey began in 2015, shortly after opening my yoga & wellness studio in Los Angeles, but I did not seriously start to study and pursue the tarot professionally until a few years later. I have studied under several amazing mentors in Los Angeles, where I studied all types of metaphysics in many types of settings for many years. It was in 2017 that I began to read professionally, at the urge of my mentors, and my Tarot career quickly took off. In my career of reading Tarot and practicing the psychic arts I have had the opportunity to work many large events and expos, celebrity parties, a magazine launch, and have most importantly, maintained a consistent private reading practice since this time up until now. As far as my psychic lineage goes, my ancestry is mostly from the Celtic tradition, although I also have some lineage from Russia and the Slavic area of the world, as well as some Native American lineage as well.
